Yin & Yang: A Two-Part Practice

Apr. 11th  •  2-4pm  •  2 Hours  •  $55 + tax  •  Vayusha Yoga

This 2-hour workshop is an exploration of balance—stillness and movement, surrender and activation, listening before doing. This experience is designed to meet you where you are and bring you back into harmony with yourself.

We’ll begin with 60 minutes of Yin yoga with Vanessa, easing the body and nervous system into a slower rhythm. Through long, supported holds, we’ll create space for deep release, grounding, and presence—setting the foundation for what follows.

From there, we’ll move into 45 minutes of Kundalini yoga with Syma, building energy through breath, rhythm, and dynamic movement. This yang-based practice will awaken vitality, clear stagnant patterns, and help integrate the softness cultivated in the first half.

This is balance practiced from the inside out.

Balance & Stability Workshop

May 2nd  •  1-2:30pm  •  1.5 Hours  •  $40 + tax  •  Vayusha Yoga

This 90-minute workshop is about more than standing on one leg. It’s an exploration of what balance actually requires—attention, patience, and the willingness to wobble without giving up.

Through intentional movement and focused holds, we’ll work with both physical stability and internal steadiness. Expect practices that strengthen the smaller stabilizing muscles, challenge coordination, and sharpen awareness, all while staying grounded in breath and presence.

This isn’t about forcing stillness or chasing perfection. It’s about learning how to stay with yourself when things feel uncertain—on the mat and off.
