With over 20 years of personal yoga practice, I bring both experience and passion to every class I lead. For the past 5 years, I’ve been teaching Hatha and Yin yoga, creating space for students to slow down, reconnect, and build strength both physically and mentally.

Alongside my yoga teaching, I’ve worked as a certified personal trainer in group settings for 6 years, helping people move with confidence, build sustainable strength, and find joy in fitness. My background as a certified sports nutrition coach allows me to take a holistic approach—supporting not just movement, but also overall well-being and energy.

At the heart of everything I do is a simple passion: helping people feel their best. Whether it’s through mindful movement, strength training, or nourishing guidance, I believe in meeting people where they are and empowering them to thrive.
